Abstract
The SNA programs are useful tools that provide the graphical wide scope of any network showing nodes and their links, but there isn´t any decision making process able to model the future scenarios created after influencing the nodes and links of the networks. This article presents how the bounded rationality is the usual framework of any decision making process when influencing terrorist and insurgent networks.
